Travel Resources

This page is filled with travel resources and brands that I personally use and have found all important over the past years during my travels.

You can find here resources to help you look for affordable accommodation, cheap flights, travel insurance, travel apps, blogging, and everything nice.

If you are looking for travel guides and tips, you might find these blog posts useful.

Affordable Accommodation

1. Airbnb

When it comes to finding homey accommodations, Airbnb doesn’t disappoint. I’ve found several “unique homes” here, too. You can rent an island, stay on a boat or sleep in a castle.

Get $44 or P2,200 off your first Airbnb stay on us!

2. Booking.com

Booking.com

I love Booking.com and its “book now, pay later” tagline. Not to mention their FREE cancellations! Whenever I’m on a spontaneous trip, I check Booking.com first.

3. ZEN Rooms

On a budget? ZEN Rooms has the lowest prices in South East Asia! This is my go-to site whenever I’m strapped for cash.

Get 15% discount when booking through zenrooms.com using the code WANDERERA.

4. HotelsCombined

Travel Insurance

If you’re going to travel, this is a necessity.

World Nomads is one of the best travel insurance providers out there. If you’re thinking that you won’t be needing this, think again. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Blogging

1. Namecheap

For cheap domain names, I use namecheap.com

If you want to start blogging, I’d recommend getting your domain here.

2. Bluehost

When it comes to professional blogging, you’ll need to have your own hosting. Bluehost works best if you’re starting and on a budget!

3. Divi

Wondering where I got my theme? It’s from Divi. You can choose here all sorts of themes for different types of websites. They literally have everything!
